The client
Charter Communications is a telecommunications & mass media company that offers its services to consumers & businesses. When Charter merged with Time Warner Cable, they conducted business under the branding of Spectrum.
The challenge
We needed to modernize the look of the current website while creating a UX/UI that would allow Spectrum’s customers to view and manage their account & services in a simple, user-friendly way.
The approach
We assisted with the creation of the wireframes, which allowed us to develop a strong user experience strategy, which later helped to create the overall UI design.
