Art direction and website re-design
The client
ComCap Management has been providing professional apartment management services for its clients since 2006. The company currently manages over 2600 apartment units with the majority in the Denver, CO area.
The challenge
Since the client’s previous site had been designed 2014, they were in need of a website redesign to refresh the UX/UI and portray a more contemporary aesthetic in order to attract prospective residents and compete with local competitors in the Denver, Colorado market. In addition, it was important that the site’s features, such as the map search and navigation, were user-friendly and intuitive.
The approach
Using the information that was gathered during a stakeholder meeting, we identified the client’s needs and gauged their expectations of the outcome. As an imperative tool for users browsing their apartment listings, we ensured that the apartment search section was featured prominently in the UX/UI redesign. The refined search fields provided a more direct and simple way for prospective residents to navigate their search.
