Do I really own the website?
Yes, you own the asset—not just a license. Specifically, you own 100% of your Domain, Design, Content, and Images.
Unlike competitors who lock your data, we can provide you with a full HTML/CSS Export of your site that you can host anywhere else.
While the visual editor (CMS) is part of our hosted platform, the website files belong to you. You are never held hostage.
Are edits included?
Yes, during the build phase, unlimited revisions are included—we don't stop until you are thrilled. Once the site is launched, you have two options:
- Do It Yourself: You get full access to the CMS, which is easier to use than WordPress. If you can edit a Word doc, you can update your site.
- Let Us Do It: For complex changes, we bill in simple 30-minute increments (at $99/hr). Most standard text/image updates take us less than 30 minutes.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. We operate on a Month-to-Month basis because we believe our work speaks for itself. We only ask for a standard 30-day notice if you ever decide to move your asset elsewhere. We want you to stay because you love the service, not because a contract forces you to.
Can I integrate my own tools (CRM, Booking, etc.)?
Absolutely. We do not believe in "walled gardens." We can integrate natively with the industry standards you already use, including Mindbody, OpenTable, Resy, Clio, Mailchimp, and 50+ others.

How do you handle my SEO and current Google rankings during the switch?
Protecting your hard-earned traffic is a priority in our build process. We don't just "switch" you over; we perform a SEO Migration Protocol.
First, we ensure your new site is technically optimized (faster speeds and cleaner code), which Google prefers in the long run.
Second, we set up 301 Redirects to ensure that all your old links forward seamlessly to your new pages. This tells Google your site has improved, not disappeared, and ensures your customers end up in the right place.
